By making a reservation, entering the property or staying at the property, guests confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Guest Terms & Conditions and House Rules.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and prior written approval from management.
Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight at the property. Additional visitors or overnight guests must be approved by management in advance.
Unauthorised guests may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
Home of Justice Stay operates a strict no-party policy.
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, shisha, cannabis and similar products are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Evidence of smoking may result in cleaning, odour removal, damage repair and loss of income charges.
Minimum smoking charge: £250
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Guests must avoid loud music, shouting, excessive noise and disturbance to neighbours during quiet hours.

Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, missing items or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay.
Exterior security cameras may be in operation for the safety of guests, property and neighbours.
Cameras are never installed in bedrooms, bathrooms or private indoor living spaces. Tampering with security equipment is strictly prohibited.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited, including:
Parents, guardians and responsible adults must supervise children at all times.
Home of Justice Stay accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries or damage caused by lack of supervision.
Items left behind will be held for up to 14 days where possible.
Guests are responsible for collection, postage, packaging or courier costs.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel a booking or terminate a stay without refund where guests breach house rules, cause disturbance, damage the property, threaten others, engage in illegal activity or provide false information.
A refundable damage deposit of £200 may be required for direct bookings. The deposit will normally be returned within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.
