Guest Terms & Conditions and House Rules

Welcome to Home of Justice Stay. We are committed to providing a safe, clean,
comfortable and peaceful environment for all guests, neighbours and the wider community.

By making a reservation, entering the property or staying at the property, guests confirm
that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Guest Terms & Conditions
and House Rules.

1. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability
and prior written approval from management.

2. Registered Guests Only

Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
Additional visitors or overnight guests must be approved by management in advance.
Unauthorised guests may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.

3. No Parties, Events or Gatherings

Home of Justice Stay operates a strict no-party policy. Parties, events, celebrations,
large gatherings, excessive noise and anti-social behaviour are strictly prohibited.

4. No Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, shisha, cannabis and similar products are strictly
prohibited inside the property.

If evidence of smoking is found, guests may be charged for deep cleaning, odour removal,
damage repairs, replacement of affected items and loss of income where applicable.

Minimum smoking charge: £250

5. Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Guests must avoid loud music, shouting, excessive noise and disturbance to neighbours
during quiet hours.

6. Property Care

Guests agree to keep the property clean and tidy, treat furniture and appliances with care,
report any damage immediately, dispose of rubbish responsibly and secure doors and windows
when leaving the property.

7. Damages and Missing Items

Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, missing items or excessive cleaning
required as a result of their stay. Charges may include repair costs, replacement costs,
additional cleaning costs, administrative costs and loss of income where applicable.

8. Security and Safety

Exterior security cameras may be in operation for the safety of guests, property and neighbours.
Cameras are never installed in bedrooms, bathrooms or private indoor living spaces.
Tampering with security equipment is strictly prohibited.

9. Illegal Activities

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited, including drug use, drug possession, drug distribution,
criminal behaviour, human trafficking, prostitution, possession of stolen property and fraudulent activity.
Any suspected illegal activity may be reported to the police or relevant authorities.

10. Children and Supervision

Parents, guardians and responsible adults must supervise children at all times.
Home of Justice Stay accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries or damage caused by lack of supervision.

11. Lost Property

Items left behind will be held for up to 14 days where possible.
Guests are responsible for collection, postage, packaging or courier costs.

12. Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of £200 may be required for direct bookings.
The deposit will normally be returned within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.

Deductions may be made for damage, missing items, smoking, excessive cleaning, unauthorised guests,
breach of house rules, late check-out or loss of income caused by guest actions.

13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay

Management reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel a booking or terminate a stay without refund
where guests breach house rules, cause disturbance, damage the property, threaten staff, neighbours
or other guests, engage in illegal activities or provide false booking information.
